Ageless Elegance Clinic Policies
As always, we offer complimentary consults for all of our services. All new clients have a will receive a consult prior to receiving treatments so as to inform you of the procedure and instruct you about pre-treatment preparations and skin care. Established clients should expect to receive a complimentary consult each time they plan to receive a service new to them.
Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you can give us. For every referral that purchases a treatment, you will receive a $25 credit to be used towards any service of your choice.
We take your privacy seriously. We ensure that we will not discuss client treatments with any other clients.
Cancellation/ Rescheduling policy
At Ageless Elegance we are very grateful for your business and referrals- there is no greater compliment. A 24 hour notice is respectfully requested for all cancelled appointments. A late or cancelled appointment is a loss to everyone- you, the provider and our organization. If you cancel your appointment after the 24 hour time frame or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged a $50 “Cancellation/ No Show” fee to the credit card of your choice kept on file. Ageless Elegance reserves the right to require a credit card to hold appointments for those clients who repeatedly abuse this guideline.
Gift cards are a special way to show how much you care, or a wonderful way to show your appreciation. Gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Prior to Treatments:
We ask that laser hair removal patients shave the day before their appointment.
We also suggest that all patients receiving any of our facial treatments or consultation services arrive without make-up, if possible.

Package rates are available for many of our services.
It is standard operating procedure for us to take photographs of our patients before and after they receive treatments here at Ageless Elegance. Of course your privacy is a priority and the photographs will not be published or shared with anyone without first receiving your expressed consent.
Financial Policies and Information Collected
Because we provide elective cosmetic procedures, the care provided at Ageless Elegance, LLC is not covered by any medical insurance programs, and we do not participate in any such plans.
We may collect contact information (including name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address, etc.). We may use this information to contact you if the need arises and to send you information about our company and promotional material. You always have the right to opt out of receiving such mailings.
Payment for all medical spa procedures is due at the time of the treatment. For specially packaged or grouped treatments, payment for the entire package is due at the time of the first scheduled treatment.
We provide a number of payment options which may be used individually or combined according to your desires:
- Major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
- Gift Cards
In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the pro rata share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Ageless Elegance or it may be transferred to another individual to be used in exchange for treatments or products of comparable value to the credit.
Our clinic offers goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated it’s important that clients understand and accept this condition.
Merchandise may be returned within seven days of purchase with original sales receipt, and may be exchanged for store or spa credit. Sales of all discounted or sale items are final. Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds.
We are committed to serving you in a professional and courteous manner. Medical aesthetics is not an exact science and how you respond to treatment will vary depending on a number of factors. It is difficult if not impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. We cannot predict or guarantee outcomes. We do strive however to achieve the best result we can!
